Confidentiality commitment
Unpublished research material is accessed only for the service you asked for. Manuscripts, datasets, source code, reviewer reports, thesis drafts, schematics and project files are not disclosed to unrelated third parties without your permission, and are not reused for anyone else’s work.
What this website collects
This is a static website. It sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. The only data it handles is what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email, phone, WhatsApp number, role, institution, the service you selected, your stage, deadline, budget range and your description. That is delivered by a form-relay service to eseese318@gmail.com and is not stored on this site.
If the relay fails, the form falls back to opening your own email application with the same details, so nothing is silently lost. The site does not upload attachments — files are sent by you, directly, by email or another channel we agree.
How research files are handled
- Files are used only for the agreed task.
- Access is limited to the people delivering the work.
- Unpublished data, figures, ideas and designs are not reused for unrelated projects.
- Files are returned or deleted when the engagement ends, subject to any accounting records we are legally required to retain.
- Sensitive project material is kept in access-controlled storage.
NDAs
If your work is commercially sensitive — a product design, an unfiled patent, industry data — ask for a non-disclosure agreement before you describe the concept. We will send one. It is a normal request and it is never a problem.
Hardware and IP
For prototyping and hardware work, the intellectual property in a design you commissioned is yours. Design files, firmware source and CAD are handed over at the end of the engagement. We do not retain a licence to manufacture or resell your design.
What we will not claim
No website can honestly guarantee zero cybersecurity risk. The commitment here is confidentiality by design, minimal sharing and transparent handling — not an impossible absolute. If you need a stronger guarantee than that, an NDA plus an agreed secure transfer method is the practical answer.
