Questions & answers
Answers before you send us your work.
Scope, pricing, confidentiality, research ethics, deliverables and timelines — the things worth settling first.
Which services do you actually provide?
Two sides of one desk. Research: conference papers, journal manuscripts, book chapters, B.Tech / M.Tech / PhD thesis work, MATLAB, Simulink, Python, machine learning, LabVIEW, formatting, notes and presentations. Hardware: IoT and embedded builds, complete project hardware, custom PCBs, product prototypes, components and BOM support, and drone platforms.
How much does it cost?
A few services have fixed rates — a conference paper is ₹2,000 and a book chapter is ₹4,000 — and the rest is quoted per scope, because an honest number needs to see the work first. The pricing page lists everything. Send the brief and you get a written quote, usually within a working day.
How do I get a quote?
Use the enquiry form, WhatsApp, or call +91 95181 53170. Include the topic, the deadline, what already exists and the target (journal, university format, or a working demo). The more specific the brief, the faster and tighter the quote.
Do you guarantee that my paper will be accepted?
No, and neither can anyone else. We improve the manuscript, the figures, the argument and the formatting. The reviewers and the editor decide. Any service that guarantees acceptance is either misleading you or paying somebody.
Is this ethical? Will my university have a problem with it?
We work in the same space as an editing service, a lab technician or a statistical consultant: technical support around research that remains yours. We do not fabricate data, write a thesis you have not worked on, impersonate you, or help conceal anything from a screening tool. Disclose our involvement in whatever way your institution requires. The full boundary is on the research ethics page.
What happens to my unpublished data and drafts?
They are used only for the job you asked for and are not shared, resold or reused. Files are returned or deleted when the engagement ends, subject to any accounting retention we are legally required to keep. Details on the privacy page. If you want an NDA first, ask before you send anything.
My paper was flagged for plagiarism or AI writing. Can you fix it?
Yes — it is our most requested service. Send the similarity or AI report along with the manuscript. We work through it passage by passage: copied text gets cited or quoted, over-close paraphrase gets genuinely rewritten, and machine-sounding phrasing gets put back into your own voice. Then we re-check it. What we will not do is use synonym spinners, character swaps or hidden text — those lower the number, wreck the writing and get noticed. Details on the plagiarism and AI-text page.
Can you format my paper for a specific journal?
Yes. Tell us the journal and we format the whole manuscript to its guide for authors — section order, heading levels, abstract and word limits, reference style, figure resolution and captions, table rules, and a blinded copy if review requires one. We work in IEEE, Elsevier, Springer, Wiley, MDPI, Taylor & Francis, SAGE and IET templates, in Word or LaTeX.
Where are you based?
Delhi NCR, India. Most work is done remotely, so location rarely matters — but for hardware, prototypes and lab setups we can meet and hand over in person across NCR.
Do you supply hardware, or only advice?
We supply hardware. Complete assembled and tested builds, custom PCBs, and product prototypes — with firmware source, wiring diagrams, a bill of materials and a test report. Components are billed at cost with invoices.
Can you build my final-year project?
We can build the hardware, help you understand it, and prepare the report and demo. What we will not do is hand you something you cannot explain — a viva panel finds that out in about two questions. Expect a walkthrough session as part of the handover.
How long does work take?
A conference paper edit is usually a few days. A book chapter, one to two weeks. Thesis and prototype work runs over weeks to months in milestones. Urgent deadlines are sometimes possible — call rather than email if the date is tight.
Can you help after a rejection?
Yes, and it is one of the more useful things we do. Send the reviewer comments and the submitted version. Sometimes the fix is presentation; sometimes the honest answer is that the work needs another experiment before it is resubmitted. We will tell you which.
Do you work with people outside India?
Yes. The desk is in Ghaziabad, Delhi-NCR, and most work is done remotely. Hardware shipping outside India is possible but adds cost and customs time, so ask early if that applies.
What do I get at handover?
Editable sources — not just a PDF. Manuscripts in Word or LaTeX, code that runs, board files you can open, CAD for enclosures and a bill of materials you can re-order from. You should never need us to make the next revision.
