Two fixed rates. Everything else quoted per scope.
We publish the prices we can honestly fix in advance. For the rest, an accurate quote needs to see the work — a two-page revision and a full journal manuscript are not the same job.

How quoting and payment work

Milestone payments
Larger jobs are split across milestones. You pay for a stage after you have seen it, not all of it upfront.
Components billed at cost
For hardware, parts and fabrication are passed through at invoice price. Our fee is engineering time.
Revisions included
Reasonable revisions inside the agreed scope are included. A change of topic or target journal is a new scope.
No outcome-based pricing
We do not price on acceptance, grades or reviewer decisions, because we do not control them.
Ask before you commit
If something in the quote is unclear, ask. Nothing starts until the scope is agreed in writing.
